2 slices of toasted rustic sourdough bread
1 ripe tomato chopped into slices
1 tbsp olive oil
Feta cheese
Olives
Rocket
Wild thyme
Fleur de sel & pepper

Pour half of the olive oil onto the bread, cover the slices with tomato, sprinkle it with fleur de sel, pepper and thyme, and then pour the rest of the olive oil.
