Trahana with goat milk is the most nutritious and digestible of all, the sort of food that even meets the needs of the lactose-intolerant, since its composition -with fresh vegetable puree- resembles breast milk.
Can be cooked as a risotto and tastes great in soups, porridge and stuffed vegetables with minced meat or not. Cook it with butter or oil and combine it with vegetables, meat or chicken. A spoonful of trahana in any casserole recipe may elevate it by giving it extra taste and unique texture.
