STALIA - Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 ml
Gargalianoi Messinias is a place famous for its olive oil and olives, that have been cultivated in the area for the last 30,000 years. A cold pressed, fruity, spicy and mildly bitter extra virgin olive oil from 100% koroneiki variety. Produced within 12 hours from the moment of the olive picking early in November, so that the nutritious ingredients of the olives are preserved. An olive grove cultivated with mild methods and the know-how of an experienced family, still in the game after 5 generations, result in an extra virgin olive oil that combines tradition with contemporary knowledge.

Ideal in raw and boiled sauces, pulse and pasta salads, for casserole finishing, BBQ meat, chicken and fish, pastries and also for face treatments.

ARIADNE - Corkscrew Pasta with Beetroot 450g
Pure, traditional, dye-free pasta, with no preservatives and additives. A recipe executed only with natural beetroot paste, inspired by the cellar of a Greek grandma. Very easy to boil.
Blends nicely with white cheese, herbs like thyme, oregano and sage, or sauces with chicken or fish.
ARIADNE - Trahana with Mixed Vegetables 450g
Trahana is a fine, grainy, handmade, traditional type of pasta, made of milk and flour, that dries up in the summer sun. You may find it in various versions -sweet, sour, sour & pulpy- always nutritious and tasty. Its historical significance is noteworthy in Greece, for it has served as an essential and life-saving food in times of great hunger. Summer is the season housewives prefer to cook it.

Trahana with goat milk is the most nutritious and digestible of all, the sort of food that even meets the needs of the lactose-intolerant, since its composition -with fresh vegetable puree- resembles breast milk.

Can be cooked as a risotto and tastes great in soups, porridge and stuffed vegetables with minced meat or not. Cook it with butter or oil and combine it with vegetables, meat or chicken. A spoonful of trahana in any casserole recipe may elevate it by giving it extra taste and unique texture.
