This variety is naturally cultivated, it matures on the tree and is harvested by hand in a family business with 40 years of experience. Every Vatos is 100% handmade from local Greek fruits and herbs, extracted without preservatives and flavor enhancers. The ethanol alcohol, which spends three months in dark tanks, captures and preserves the juices while helping them mature with all of their beneficial qualities, fruit essential oils and herbs.
