200g butter
5g salt
50g honey
1g pepper
50g almond powder
350g flour
6g baking powder
100g gruyère cheese
100g milk

Stir the butter with the salt, the sugar and the pepper until they become a cream. Afterwards, pour the gruyère, stir and knead the dough in the form of sticks. Grease it with olive oil, sprinkle it with some more gruyère and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 20-25 minutes.
