500g chickpeas
1 onion cut in half
1 carrot
3 cloves of garlic
1 laurel leaf
1 tangerine cut in half
1 rosemary branch
Fleur de sel & pepper
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Smoked chili flakes

Boil the chickpeas with the vegetables, the laurel and the tangerine in water until they become soft. Drain them and serve with olive oil, lemon juice, fleur de sel and smoked chili flakes.
