300g ground tahini biscuits
200g coarsely cut walnuts
80g black raisins
4 tbsp cocoa
200g melted butter
200g melted chocolate
1 tbsp ground shaman tea
5 tbsp muscat Samian wine
Cocoa

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Spread the mixture on a pan lined with kraft paper and leave it in the fridge for two hours.
Cut the cariocas into small square pieces and sprinkle them with cocoa.
